When choosing a niche for your affiliate marketing business is better to choose something that you are interested in, that you are enjoying to work, your hobby or something that you have the most experience, this is very important because you are going to write a lot of content with information for your niche.

Today there are thousands online companies that have affiliate marketing programs and your job is to choose which company with affiliate marketing program you are going to join regarding your interest or niche. Usually there are two ways to find a company with affiliate program for your niche.
One way is to searching on Google by typing your “your niche + affiliate program” and then click search to see results for that product or niche. For example you can see on the picture below:
Here on the picture I choose for example that my niche is playing video games and I typed in the Google “playing video games + affiliate marketing program“. When I pressed research I got the list of websites with affiliate marketing program for playing video games.
Another way is to join one of the many affiliate marketing networks like a Clickbank, LinkShare, Shareasale or Commission Junction. These affiliate marketing networks have a list of companies that offer affiliate marketing programs; also they take care about shipping and your payment process. Joining in those affiliate networks is 100% free, but many of them will not give you access to their affiliate networks unless you have a website. After joining one of the affiliate networks you will get free access to all of the companies with affiliate programs they represent.
When you select which company is the best for your affiliate marketing business regarding your niche, and the next step is to choose which product or service of the chosen company you are going to promote on your website.
Building a Website

When your website is ranked high in the search engines you will get a lot of visitors to your website, which means a lot of chances someone to buy your product.
As I said before when choosing a niche you have to choose something that you are the most familiar with, something that you have a lot of experience. Because you have to write a lot of quality content, and your content should be with a lot of useful information for your readers. Your job is to inform the readers not to sell. Because the customers don’t want to be pushed to buy, first they need information and before they decide to buy they do a lot of research online. So if you don’t provide quality content with a lot of information for your customers, then they will go to another place to find what they need.
So think about that what you are going to write and how, but when you are going to write a content very important is that you have to write original content using your own words, you don’t have to copy someone else’s content, because first of all you will be banned by the search engines and your website is not going to be ranked at all, which means no traffic to your website and you’re not going to succeed with your business.
